Built a multi-surface event platform across public ticket purchase, gate-side QR validation, and admin operations for events, buyers, subscriptions, and footfall tracking.

Fast-moving event operations with a coordinated front-of-house and back-office system
Challenge
The product needed three coordinated surfaces instead of one dashboard: a buyer-facing ticketing flow, a fast validator experience for on-site teams, and an admin system for event setup, buyer oversight, and operational reporting.
Outcome
Delivered a Next.js and Supabase-based suite spanning registration, SSLCommerz-backed payment flows, QR-backed ticket creation, scanner-driven redemption, and admin tooling for event, buyer, banner, ticket, organization, and footfall management.
Impact
- Connected purchase, payment confirmation, ticket creation, and event entry into one end-to-end event workflow.
- Gave on-site teams a focused QR scanning flow with ticket validation, redemption controls, and footfall recording.
- Improved operator visibility with buyer exports, event dashboards, banner and ticket management, and refreshable operational tables.
